Google Innovation Lecture |

The Moxy team will be attending the Google Innovation Lecture featuring Dr Lars Rasmussen, co-founder of the technology behind Google Maps.
Dr Rasmussen will discuss his involvement in Google's latest projects from a global and national level, including its impact on business.
Hopefully the lecture will include a preview of Google Wave for the Sydney audience, which Lars unveiled at the Google Developer Conference in May 2009. |

| Moxy is happy to welcome our new programmer Taryn Andersen to the team! Taryn is leading the implementation of Alfresco within Moxy’s knowledge management system. Alfresco will facilitate faceted search of our research database on topics such as decision and risk analysis, energy, biomass utilisation, carbon capture and storage, clean fuels and waste management. Moxy would like to welcome Yves-Mathieu and Marc as Winter Interns for 2009. Yves-Mathieu and Marc will be assisting with the building of our biomass library. Particularly they will help with the migration of documents into our Alfresco Enterprise Content Management System and the writing of web services that allow that content to be viewed via this Joomla site. |
